Our services

Thirteen services, four disciplines, one accountable delivery model

From a single valuation to a continuing virtual CFO relationship, each service has a defined scope, a named reviewer and a delivery calendar agreed before work begins.

How our services are organised

Our thirteen services sit in four disciplines. The grouping reflects how the work is actually staffed and reviewed, and it also tells you something useful: which services are event-driven, which are continuous, and which produce the evidence the others depend on.

Advisory and Transactions

Event-driven work built around a decision with a deadline. Transaction Advisory Services covers buy-side and sell-side support, financial and operational diligence, quality of earnings analysis and deal structuring input. Business Valuation Services covers valuations for fundraising, ESOP allotment, regulatory purposes, purchase price allocation and internal decision-making, using income, market and asset approaches as the situation requires. Lead Advisory Services covers preparation for a capital raise or a sale: information memorandum, financial model, data room construction and buyer or investor process management. Forensic Advisory and Investigation covers suspected fraud, fund diversion, vendor and payroll irregularities, and disputes requiring a documented, evidence-led review.

Finance and Accounting Operations

Continuous work that keeps the numbers dependable. Virtual CFO Services provides the senior finance layer a company needs before it can justify a full-time hire: management reporting, cash flow planning, budgeting and variance analysis, banking and investor reporting, and finance team supervision. Accounting and Assurance Advisory covers accounting policy positions, Ind AS and IFRS application, audit readiness and remediation of reporting gaps. Data Reconciliation Services covers bank, intercompany, subledger, marketplace settlement and three-way reconciliations at whatever frequency your close demands. Accounts Receivable Management covers invoicing accuracy, collections follow-up, ageing discipline and dispute resolution. Accounts Payable Management covers vendor master hygiene, invoice matching, approval workflow and payment run preparation.

Research and Analytics

Work that converts data into a defensible position. Project Research and Feasibility Studies covers market sizing, technical and commercial feasibility, cost and revenue modelling, sensitivity analysis and payback assessment for new plants, products, entities or geographies. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence covers reporting architecture, dashboards, margin and cohort analysis, and the data preparation work that makes either possible. Investment Research covers company and sector analysis, financial model construction, comparable and precedent transaction work, and portfolio monitoring for investors and family offices.

Technology and Transformation

Work that changes how the finance function itself operates. Digital Transformation Consulting covers finance systems assessment, cloud accounting stack selection and implementation support, process redesign around the close, automation of repetitive reconciliation and approval steps, and the control documentation that has to accompany any of it.

Two ways to engage

Where a scope is standard and well understood, you can purchase the service directly and move straight to onboarding. That suits work such as a defined reconciliation programme, a valuation for a known purpose, or a monthly finance operations package at a stated volume.

Where the scope depends on your circumstances, the engagement is shaped in a scoping call first. Diligence, forensic reviews, feasibility studies and transformation programmes almost always fall into this group, because the deliverable depends on the decision behind it, the quality of the underlying records and the timetable you are working to. In both cases you receive a written scope setting out deliverables, information requirements, timelines, review points and exclusions before work starts.

What sits outside our scope

We do not issue statutory audit opinions, sign tax returns or filings requiring a licensed signatory, or provide legal advice. Where a statutory valuation, an audit, a secretarial filing or a legal opinion is required, we coordinate with the appropriate professional rather than substituting for them. Saying this early avoids the more expensive conversation later.

Advisory & Transactions

Event-driven engagements built around a decision with a deadline: an acquisition, a raise, an exit, a dispute or a valuation that has to withstand challenge. Work is delivered against a milestone calendar with drafts reviewed before they reach counterparties. Includes transaction advisory, valuation, lead advisory and forensic investigation.

Finance & Accounting Operations

Continuous work that makes reported numbers dependable and cash behave predictably. Virtual CFO support, accounting and assurance advisory, reconciliations, and receivables and payables management run on a fixed close and reporting calendar. This is the discipline every other service quietly depends on.

Research & Analytics

Analysis that turns scattered data into a position you can defend to a board, a lender or an investment committee. Feasibility studies, business intelligence and investment research are scoped around the specific question being asked, with assumptions and sources documented in the deliverable itself.

Technology & Transformation

Redesign of the finance function itself: systems assessment, cloud accounting stack selection, close process reengineering, automation of repetitive reconciliation and approval steps, and the control documentation that has to accompany the change. Delivered in phases so that the close never stops running.

Not sure which engagement fits?

Describe the decision you are facing. We will tell you which service applies, what it would cost, and whether you actually need it.
