Resources
Practical material drawn from the work itself
Checklists, templates and guides built from the questions clients ask most often during scoping, diligence and month-end close. Request access and we will send them as they are released.
What this library is for
These documents are in preparation. Each is being written out of live engagement work rather than adapted from a generic template, and we would rather publish eight useful documents late than eight thin ones now. Request early access to any of them and we will send it to you as it is released.
The same questions recur across engagements. What does an investor actually look for in a data room. Which reconciliations must close before a valuation can be relied on. How long a monthly close should take at a given transaction volume. What a receivables follow-up cadence should look like before it justifies escalation. These are answerable questions, and the answers travel well between companies.
The resources listed below are being produced from that material. Each maps to one or more of our thirteen services and is written to be used by a finance lead, founder or controller without our involvement. They are working documents rather than marketing collateral: checklists you can run against your own close, templates you can populate with your own data, and guides that state the standard being applied.
How to get them
These resources are in preparation and are not yet available for immediate download. Request access against any item and we will send it when it is released, along with a short note on what changed if we revise it. Requesting one item does not subscribe you to everything; you will receive what you asked for.
If you need something urgently that is not on this list, or a version of one of these adapted to your sector or reporting framework, ask during a scoping conversation. Much of this material exists in engagement form already and can often be shared in a usable state.
A note on applicability
These materials describe general practice and reference Indian requirements such as the Companies Act 2013, Indian Accounting Standards and GST, with IFRS or US GAAP equivalents flagged where relevant. They are not a substitute for advice on your specific facts, and they do not constitute an audit, valuation or tax opinion. Where a resource touches a matter requiring a licensed professional, it says so.
